Her expertise is derived from service as a CEO and CFO, as well as from the hundreds of companies and management teams she has helped grow and fund. Her prowess includes laser-like evaluation and assessment of business and market needs, visionary leadership, business development process, governance, risk management and accountability systems.

Before establishing her own company, Ms. Brancato was a trusted advisor with Northwestern Mutual Wealth Management and works today with Barnum Financial Group. She also served as Regional Vice President of Alpha Omega Capital Partners, investment bankers. Prior to this, she was a Senior Manager at Deloitte & Touche working with private investors and hedge fund managers, Senior Vice President for Rogers Casey pension consultants, Vice President of Marketing and Product Development for Equitable Capital, and a derivatives expert and senior consultant with McKinsey & Company, Morgan Stanley and The World Bank.

Paula earned her M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School where she was a Herman Meuhlstein/Godfrey Cabot Fellow. She is a graduate of Hunter College, Series 7, 63, health and life insurance, and P & C licensed. She is also a Certified Financial Planner ™, CLTC, Certified Exit Planning Advisor and CFA III candidate.

An award-winning author and sought-after speaker, Brancato was a Full-time Lecturer in the graduate programs at the University of Southern California and on faculty at Stonybrook Southampton. Presently, she runs the Poets and Writers Group at the Harvard Club of NY and resides in New York City and Palm Beach.
